There's nothing quite like springtime in Chicago, and Hannah and Nick’s engagement session was the perfect celebration of the season. We spent the afternoon romping around Lincoln Park, chasing soft light, blooming magnolias, and the elusive scent of cotton candy in the air. The trees were just beginning to show off, and the pastel palette of spring was the dreamiest backdrop for capturing their love on film.

As a Chicago film photographer, I live for this kind of magic—romantic, timeless, and a little bit whimsical. Hannah and Nick brought such effortless joy to every frame, and photographing their connection felt as easy and warm as a spring breeze off the lake.
